Powerful feedback – helpful or misleading?
There are plenty of websites on the internet which provide reviews of products. Many of them include commenting options for readers to leave feedback from many everyday users. However, this feedback from an every day user – is it helpful or misleading? Does it depend on the product? Or even the niche being evaluated. Regardless, people leave opinions with the intent of trying to be helpful. But are they really being helpful?
