Over the past month or so, I have been receiving some really good traffic.  It’s not massive amounts, but I’m pleased with what I have achieved so far.  Anyway, as a newbie blogger, I often am left wondering, what do people like about my site?  It seems like a natural question to ask that can be answered relatively easily.  The common answer will be to draw your answers from the comments which are left.  I’ve been fortunate to have built up quite a few comments.  Many other bloggers have many more comments.  But, most of the comments are very specific to one article.  What else do they like?

I recently wrote an article about why people let their fear of failure hold them back from succeeding.  However, with everything in life, there are always more than one view point.  When you think of reasons why you would not succeed, have you ever wondered if succeeding is actually what scares you?  I’ve had a think about this, and it stands to good reason to be scared of success.  Still confused?

Success in any walk of life is what many of us aim towards.  Your success is very personal, and varies from person to person.  What is success to you?  Many of us seek out to achieve our dreams by working ourselves to the bone – working long hours and going above and beyond the call of duty.  Very quickly we become immersed in our ambitions.  What if it doesn’t work?

Doubt – is a driving factor which leads to many failed ventures.  Put simply, doubting you will succeed will slowly lead you to believe you will not succeed.  It’s kind of like you convince yourself it’s not going to work out.  Soon, this belief leads you to not succeed because you are scared of failing at what you want to achieve.

Soon after I started blogging, I received an invite to join the BlogEngage community from Alex at Keyword Research Blog.  Great I thought.  Alex recommended it on the basis that it will be a good source of traffic.  It was.  It still is.  And, I can only see things get better.
