Soon after I started blogging, I received an invite to join the BlogEngage community from Alex at Keyword Research Blog.  Great I thought.  Alex recommended it on the basis that it will be a good source of traffic.  It was.  It still is.  And, I can only see things get better.

Where is the profit?  This is what has differentiated BlogEngage from other blogging communities I’m part of.  You can make money by submitting your articles.  Awesome!  How?

Before I tell you, here is some information about BlogEngage.  BlogEngage is a community for bloggers to join which allows you to share posts of your own working, as well as those you have read.  When you share an article with the community they can read the post at your blog.  If they like it, they can vote on the article.

Voting will promote the articles to the prominent and heavily sought after front page of BlogEngage.  There are obvious perks of this – more traffic to your site.  Sounds great so far?

As an active community member you can read other articles by fellow bloggers.  You too can vote on those articles.  In my experiences, it is often customary to read the articles of those written by users who have voted on your work.  It’s only polite.

There is a great community with comments on articles as well as the message board.  Unlike other blogging communities, BlogEngage are proactive in promoting their members.  Write something good, and worth getting recognised, and BlogEngage will promote your article – often through Twitter.

BlogEngage is an invite only community ensuring that bloggers who are keen to network with like-minded bloggers can help each other prosper.  If you are a blogger who wants to network with other bloggers, and think you could benefit from the added website traffic, I have some invites up for grabs.  Leave a great comment, and I’ll see what I can do!

So how do I make money from BlogEngage?

When you submit an article to BlogEngage, you create a “page” which features your article’s title, as well as a little description about it.  On this page you will also see how many votes you have received, as well as who has voted.

It is these pages that make you money.  How?  When you register with BlogEngage you are asked to provide Google AdSense details which will enable you to earn something from the adverts on your article pages.  At the start any earnings you make from the advert on BlogEngage is split between you and BlogEngage.

Want to earn all of what you could?  The more you participate in the BlogEngage community, you have opportunity to earn 100% of your AdSense share.
